Our company specializes in cleaning residential homes and commercial businesses. We are a fast growing cleaning service aggressively hiring new and/or experienced cleaners immediately. NOTE: We provide all equipment and cleaning supplies.

Multiple Shifts available in the following serviced Chicago areas: Chicago, Suburban Chicago (15 mile radius)

You will be expected to perform any combination of light to moderate cleaning duties to maintain residential households or commercial establishments such as hotels and corporate offices. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Cleaning bathrooms
Cleaning break-rooms
All floor cleaning activities such as Mopping, Vacuuming, Sweeping or carpet cleaning.
Dusting & Polishing
Emptying trash receptacles
Cleaning windows and glass doors or glass furniture

Compensation

Pay starts at $10/hour or per bedroom with increases based on performance and job attendance or pay per job completed.
Paid weekly
We offer a flat $10 per day mileage allowance (not your typical per mile rate) after your 1st month.

Employment Incentives

$100.00 Sign-On Bonus after 3 consecutive months of employment without a break in service and timeliness to jobs.
$50.00 Employee Referral Bonus payable to you for each person who is hired as a result of your referral and who stays with the company for 3 consecutive months without a break in service.

Employment Criteria/Requirements

You must be able to speak and read English fluently. Spanish speakers needed.
You will need reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance; additionally, you must be comfortable driving your own vehicle to and from client’s homes.
You will need a smart phone with voice, text, GPS and internet access.
You must be able to pass a national criminal and background check.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Willing and able to work in homes that have pets, unoccupied homes or businesses after hours.

Duties: Janitorial Managers are those who oversee and supervise the work of janitors, custodians and housekeeping personnel. They plan staff’s schedule and keep track of their attendance. They also create checklists that we sometimes see in the bathrooms of hotels, offices and malls, which are made up of duties to be done daily. Janitorial managers also coordinate all staff activities, train newly hired staff of their duties, responsibilities, and how to use the equipment or machines designed for cleaning and sanitation. In small organizations like a school or a small office, the janitorial manager may also perform some of the tasks that a janitor does, such as taking out the trash, sweeping the floors or cleaning bathrooms. They are also responsible for reporting broken equipments, buying cleaning tools, and keeping supplies in stock.

Education and Training Requirements: A janitorial managers usually start out as janitors and move up the ranks over time. They don’t necessarily have to hold a degree, but they must prove themselves worthy of handling a larger responsibility and leading a group of people.

They may need to work long hours from time to time, but usually just work the normal 8 hours a day. During days that need 24-hour cleanups, janitorial managers might work overtime with someone else taking over their shifts. They may work outdoors when needed, like a school field, or when taking out the trash.
